M/s Sapphire Media Services filed an SLP before the Supreme Court in 2023 seeking relief against delays in the listing of its writ petition before the Allahabad High Court, which was affecting its contractual claims against IOCL. The Supreme Court directed the High Court to hear the matter expeditiously and consider interim relief independently, thereafter disposing of the SLP with these protective observations.
